Napoli coach Walter Mazzarri can't
guarantee Edinson Cavani staying beyond
the end of this season.
Real Madrid are regarded as favourites for
the Uruguay striker ahead of
Manchester City and PSG.
"I can do without the speculation, so until
June nobody knows what will happen.
Napoli will try to make the most of Edi and
then in the summer we'll see. These are
things that are good for the media, but not
for us.
"Important players like him, however, I do
not think are affected," said Mazzarri.
